We collect the contact and project information you choose to provide so we can respond to your service request, discuss scheduling and pricing, and deliver requested support.

Information you submit

Service requests may include your name, organization, contact details, service location, project description, appointment preferences, and optional equipment photos or screenshots. Do not upload passwords, financial information, or other highly sensitive data.

How information is used

Information is used only to evaluate and respond to your request, provide service, maintain necessary business records, and protect the website from misuse. Customer uploads are private and are not published.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and anonymous website activity counts to understand which pages, service links, and contact options people use. Activity includes page views, viewed sections, clicks, device category, referring website domain, and successful request submissions. A random identifier kept in your browser tab groups activity for up to 30 minutes of inactivity; it does not identify you. Activity records do not include form contents, passwords, IP addresses, or full referring URLs. Reports cover up to 90 days of activity. Older records are periodically removed when new activity arrives. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable our activity tracking.
